Your Job as a Salesforce Administrator:

The Salesforce Administrator will focus on front line customer service, providing high level support of the company’s implementation of the product. This proactive, process oriented, and results driven individual will work closely with numerous departments to support daily activities while solving business problems and implementing enhancements, features, functionalities and processes within the application.

Your Responsibilities as a Salesforce Administrator:

  • Interacts with internal operations teams, infrastructure, project deployment team members, and internal/external IT/ application infrastructure services/vendors.
  • Responds to and resolves support issues from end-users.
  • Assists with the documentation of processes critical to maintaining a successful application experience for end-users.
  • Participates in workflow analysis sessions to document current state workflows and build future state workflows for all departments across a facility.
  • Participates in the development, review and delivery of project deliverables identified in the project plan (i.e. process standardization, application design, application build, testing, training, conversion and post-conversion support, and optimization work efforts).
  • Participates in QA and UAT.
  • Participates in change management process.
  • Participates in rotating after hours on-call schedule.
  • Utilizes all department standard project management and issue tracking tools
  • Analyzes and comprehends complex data structures.
  • Researches changes in upcoming versions of and other integrated applications; provide recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity and ensure system sustainability

Your Skills and

Job Requirements

as a Salesforce Administrator:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting the implementation and maintenance of an enterprise application or equivalent number of years’ experience as a power user utilizing the application from the business process (end user) side or in inpatient and or residential clinical operations.
  • Salesforce Admin (201) certification or Certified Platform App Builder a huge plus
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM strategy and systems with demonstrated experience building components of a Salesforce system to support core business processes
  • Experience with data modeling, custom objects, permissions, SOQL queries
  • Experience developing Salesforce materials and delivering Salesforce training
  • Creating workflow rules and process builder flows
  • Experience with advanced reporting, formula fields, and IT change management
  • Experience integrating Salesforce AppExchange tools.
  • Experience with data and data manipulation (Excel, SQL)
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Marketing Cloud or another marketing automation tool is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, process design and problem-solving skills combined with strong business judgment
