ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manages the provision of nursing care for patients in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and established policies, procedures and protocols of TrustPoint Hospital LLC. Assesses the patient in a systematic and organized manner. Formulates nursing diagnosis and develops plan of care. Initiates nursing actions and implements strategies to maximize patient outcomes. Delegates, supervises, and/or collaborates with other members of the Healthcare team in the delivery and documentation of safe and effective nursing care. Evaluates status on interventions and patient goals for the purpose of reassessment, revision of plan of care, and discharge planning.

Registered Nurses deliver care in accordance with the Tennessee Nurse Practice Act. Nurses at Trust Point Hospital work in strong and cohesive team concept to ensure that the global needs of our patients are met. Qualified applicants must possess a positive team -orientated attitude, as well as a strong desire to learn in order to be considered for employment.
