Job Description

OVERVIEW/SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Staff Nurse is a registered nurse who provides nursing care to assigned patients through the nursing process; participates as an active member of the inter-disciplinary treatment team.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS: 6AM - 6 PM and 6PM- 6AM

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred) or an associate degree in nursing. Maintains continuing education. A minimum of one year experience in med/surg or emergency room preferred. Experience in chemical dependency and mental health preferred. Excellent communication skills verbal and written.  Excellent customer service skills. 

LICENSURE:

Licensed and currently registered as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.

Annual CPR re-certification

Crisis Prevention Intervention class
