AVAILABLE SHIFTS AND HOURS

We have full-time night (7:00p-7:00a) shifts available. We offer flexible scheduling with rotating weekend shifts. Our full-time shifts are 12-hours, 3 days per week. Competitive shift differentials are available for night and weekends.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE REGISTERED NURSE (RN):

  • Manages the provision of nursing care for patients in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and established policies, procedures, and protocols of TrustPoint Hospital LLC.
  • Assesses the patient in a systematic and organized manner.
  • Formulates nursing diagnosis and develops a plan of care.
  • Initiates nursing actions and implements strategies to maximize patient outcomes
  • Delegates, supervise, and/or collaborates with other members of the Healthcare team in the delivery and documentation of safe and effective nursing care.
  • Evaluates status on interventions and patient goals for the purpose of reassessment, revision of plan of care, and discharge planning.
  • Registered Nurses deliver care in accordance with the Tennessee Nurse Practice Act. Nurses at Trust Point Hospital work in a strong and cohesive team concept to ensure that the global needs of our patients are met.

EDUCATION/LICENSURE/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by Tennessee
  • We prefer one year of nursing experience within the clinical area of service provided by the facility.
  • CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification preferred (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
  • First Aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
  • Qualified applicants must possess a positive team-orientated attitude, as well as a strong desire to learn
