This position would require a minimum of 25% travel.

Your Job as a Director of Clinical and Program Development:

The Regional Clinical Supervisor provides leadership, consultation for the overall clinical programming, training and supervision to the CTC Divisions clinical supervisors to meet the quality service objectives of the division and to ensure compliance of all policies, procedures and practices of Acadia Healthcare.  Partners with Regional Vice Presidents to hire clinical supervisor for all new De Novos/Acquisitions and vacant clinical supervisor positions in the Division. Partner with CTC Leadership (RVP’s and RD’s) to assist with the hiring, training/on-boarding needs of new clinical supervisors and provide clinical consultation as needed.   Oversee training for all De Novo/Acquisition clinical staff and is responsible for developing and supporting all facility clinical supervisors ensuing compliance with state and federal requirements.  The Regional Clinical Supervisor provides support, clinical supervision, professional skill development and training to all CTC Division clinical supervisors to optimize clinical staff engagement and enhance our patient’s treatment experience.

Your Responsibilities as a Director of Clinical and Program Development:

• Assists in hiring and training of Clinical Supervisors for all De Novo Sites and Acquisitions as needed
• Oversee training for all De Novo/Acquisition clinical staff and is responsible for developing and supporting all facility clinical supervisors ensuing compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Provide Group Supervision to all CTC Division Clinical Supervisors on a monthly basis providing monthly reports to SVP of Program Development
• Provides clinical consultation to Clinical Supervisors as needed.
• Provides on boarding training for a new clinical supervisors
• Creates professional skill developments plans for all clinical supervisors in conjunction with Clinic Director
• Randomly reviews Clinical Supervisors counselor supervision documentation to provide guidance
• Develops standardized and evidenced based clinical trainings to improve clinical services provision and train the clinical supervisors to train their teams.
• Develops standardized and evidenced based substance use disorder group curriculum providing training to CTC Division programs
• Participate in chart to charge clinical review
• Performs all other duties as assigned
