Your Job
The Recruiter provides recruiting support and oversight to Acadia's Comprehensive Treatment Division. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening and interviewing applicants for employment in a high volume setting. Recruiters serve as a resource and business partner with the hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Division Executives and key stakeholders with recruitment needs within the division. Recruiters participate in the development of talent acquisition strategies and process improvements to support recruitment functions. The recruiters for the CTC group have a passion for identifying excellent talent, engaging candidates, and building a first class recruiting operation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruitment in a high volume and / or professional positions for CTC Division
  • Sourcing passive candidates
  • Manage hiring manager relationship and stay informed of recruitment needs
  • Develops robust candidate pools for clinical and non-clinical positions
  • Interact with all levels of leadership
  • Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information
  • May perform special projects
  • Managing daily information/candidate data tracking
  • Providing information to the client as needed
  • Attend career fairs/ conferences
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Your Requirements and Education

  • Proven experience successfully managing customer’s needs
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook skills and literacy in Excel and Word.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast paced setting
  • Customer Oriented attitude
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others
  • Ability to manage a large workload in a timely manner
  • Familiarity in working with a deadline.


  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Previous recruiting experience preferred; clinical or healthcare recruiting a plus
  • Previous ATS experience preferred; iCIMS a plus
  • CIR preferred
