Marketing Coordinator “Treatment Placement Specialists® Division”

This position is for anyone eager to grow in their career and daily responsibilities. This is a smaller, new team so this role will include a lot of visibility with leadership as well as provide autonomy to develop and execute on creative ideas. As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be directly involved in the support and growth of our Treatment Placement Specialist brand. We work with referring professionals and individuals to find the best & most appropriate treatment experience based on client need. We achieve this by working alongside behavioral healthcare providers, families and individuals as advocates for the client, keeping front of mind their clinical and personal needs. We have access to and work with a broad spectrum of ethical, clinically-driven facilities and programs around the country with expertise in mental health concerns, substance abuse issues, eating disorder treatment, and trauma-based care.  

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with directors, and VP of business development on a variety of tasks and projects.
  • Conceptualize and execute digital and traditional marketing campaign strategies.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, including creation, execution, and optimization.
  • E-marketing drafting, executing, and analyzing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement SEO strategy and overall website visibility.
  • Research suitable venues for TPS brand mentions and link development.
  • Contact external sources to build relationships for brand development.
  • Implement project tasks, meet timelines, and communicate effectively.
  • Continuously strive for quality improvement by identifying and understanding issues and opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or writing related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in content writing and content implementation
  • Enjoys writing and content strategy

  • Events marketing

  • Social media strategy & management
  • 2+ years of experience in traditional or digital marketing campaign management.
  • 1+ years of experience working with website maintenance platforms and data tracking systems.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
