Your Job as IT Manager- Systems:
The IT Manager - Systems has the overall responsibility for the IT System Engineering staff and the activities associated with the design, deployment and maintenance of all IT systems.
Your Responsibilities as IT Manager- Systems:
- Manage and maintain the enterprise email, backup, storage, servers and other environments and provide continued improvements.
- Lead enterprise wide rollouts of various IT services.
- Work with IT Senior leadership team members to propose and execute short- and long-term strategies.
- Work with IT Senior leadership team members, decision makers, and other business stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues.
- Work with IT Project Management team members and other business stakeholders on large scale projects to ensure IT success of the project.
- Develop and maintain a central source of information for all responsible systems.
- Lead enterprise and escalation incident management.
- Facilitate the change management process for the systems team to ensure the proper review and approval is executed to minimize disruption to user productivity as a result of changes to the IT environment.
