Your Job as IT Manager- Systems:

The IT  Manager - Systems has the overall responsibility for the IT System Engineering staff and the activities associated with the design, deployment and maintenance of all IT systems.

Your Responsibilities as IT Manager- Systems:

  • Manage and maintain the enterprise email, backup, storage, servers and other environments and provide continued improvements.
  • Lead enterprise wide rollouts of various IT services.
  • Work with IT Senior leadership team members to propose and execute short- and long-term strategies.
  • Work with IT Senior leadership team members, decision makers, and other business stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues.
  • Work with IT Project Management team members and other business stakeholders on large scale projects to ensure IT success of the project.
  • Develop and maintain a central source of information for all responsible systems.
  • Lead enterprise and escalation incident management.
  • Facilitate the change management process for the systems team to ensure the proper review and approval is executed to minimize disruption to user productivity as a result of changes to the IT environment.

Your Skills and

Job Requirements

as IT Manager- Systems:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience and advanced proficiency in Windows and system development.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience and advanced proficiency in Enterprise level backup solutions.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience and advanced proficiency in Enterprise level virtual environments.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience and advanced proficiency in MS Azure and O365.
  • Minimum of 10 years in a hands-on technical role.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a management/leadership position.
  • People management experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and to effectively communicate with staff at all levels including a proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff across multiple disciplines.
  • Experience with privacy legislation e.g. HIPPA.
