$1,000 Sign On Bonus!

The Acadia Healthcare Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) division, is looking for an experienced Hub and Spoke Director. This is a full-time position operating within a California Opioid Use Disorder/Substance Use Disorder Grant. This position oversees all grant operations.

Position Characteristics 

The Hub and Spoke Director works under the direction of the Regional Director and is responsible for the overall planning, management and oversight of the Grant Program. Uses skills to define program deliverables, identify resource requirements, provide reporting structures and ensure program is completed within budget, on time and in scope. Ensures effective communications and relationships between internal customers, stakeholders, sponsors and program team members are maintained. 


  • Manages all aspects of the grant program from beginning to end
  • Will meet program objectives through the integration of requirement definition, planning, and resource direction
  • Integrates program plans and schedules from multiple sources to create a cohesive plan with identifiable critical path, task dependencies, and major milestones, and manages the agreed program plans and schedules, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters
  • Ensures that program inter-dependencies across other departments are considered and are tracked, planned and executed as programs
  • Works with Hub and Spoke staff to assign, schedule, review, and monitor program work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines
  • Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates program-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation program
  • Adapts program plans, schedules and resource assignments as required throughout programs to respond to emerging requirements and risks
  • Facilitates documentation and integration of policies and processes in relation to facility or service programs

Additional Job Duties  

  • Mentors Hub and Spoke staff on best practices, process improvement and program management skills
  • Prepares and presents oral and/or written technical reports and program presentations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors business administration; healthcare or associated field.
  • Masters business administration; healthcare or associated field preferred. 
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in management, or project manager role
  • Minimum 4 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Grant management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures with the ability to operate most standard office equipment
  • Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data & information while maintaining confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external


  • Normal hours vary between 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday–Friday. However, schedules may vary in accordance with business necessity. Typical office working conditions.
