We are looking for the rock stars out there who have established a brand and history of pioneering in the fields of trauma treatment, as we continue to try and make the Refuge the nation’s leading treatment program for PTSD. Responsibilities
  • Under the direction of the CEO, and in collaboration with staff, identify program needs, goals, priorities and service gaps.
  • Ensures effective delivery of clinical patient care in clinical and CM department as well as compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Asses the clinical needs based on customer feedback.
  • Develop programs to meet organization needs.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical patient care standards, regulatory requirements and established policies and procedures.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Interview, hiring and training employees, assign and direct work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Manage, Coordinate services for clients and monitor clinical staff caseloads.
  • Provide clinical direction, supervision and coordination, as appropriate, for treatment staff and consultants.
  • Provide crisis management, debriefing, and on-the-spot clinical consultation to clinical staff.
  • Provide and/or coordinate training for clinical staff as needed.
  • Provide training, supervision, and coordinate internships for students.
  • Work with the CEO to interview and hire clinical staff and student interns.
  • Coordinate and manage services provided by outside service providers.
  • Monitor to assure that Continuous Quality Improvement goals and Quality Assurance Standards are being met.
  • Must demonstrate ability to deal with crisis situations which require prompt decision and action.
  • Conduct group sessions as needed and document as required.
  • Conduct family sessions as needed when families are available and document.
  • Conduct individual sessions with clients as needed and document.
  • Coordinate services with families, referral sources, and other treatment providers.
  • Provide information for any insurance reviews as applicable.
  • Assure that all clinical services and paperwork comply with all regulatory agency guidelines (federal, state, and accreditation).

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Psychology.
  • Licensure preferred.
  • 5 years minimum working with PTSD, Trauma, addictions and co-occurring disorders
  • 3 – 5 years of clinical management and program management experience.
  • Ability to take all client information and formulate treatment goals and objectives.
