Job Description

Bayside Marin, 30 bed dual diagnosis residential treatment program is currently seeking a registered nurse to join our leadership team as the Director of Nursing. The right candidate will have a background in management, experience with substance abuse/mental health and a commitment to excellence!

Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing include but are not limited to?
  • Maintain compliance with Federal, State and local standards and regulations to assure quality outcomes of care
  • Orient, instruct and supervise personnel and functions including for registered nurses, licensed professional nurses, and nursing assistants as well as staffing
  • Maintain supplies and adequate equipment
  • Coordinate and maintain care planning process with multidisciplinary team including clinical and administrative Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, employees.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
  • Must understand and follow company policies including harassment and compliance procedures
  • Displays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Bayside Marin's Code of Conduct and completes mandatory Code of Conduct and other appropriate compliance training
