Job Description

COO with Timberline Knolls

Looking to make a difference? Timberline Knolls is searching for an energetic and enthusiastic Chief Operations Officer to run our Residential Treatment Center.

 Our Location

Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center is located in Lemont, Illinois, a historic Chicago suburb located in DuPage County (nearby areas include Bolingbrook, Naperville, and Downer’s Grove).

The campus is located less than 30 minutes from two major airports, Chicago O’Hare (ORD) and Chicago Midway (MDW), which provide daily direct flights to hundreds of U.S. and international cities.

Given Timberline Knolls’ proximity to Chicago, residents are able to enjoy off campus experiential activities that enhance their treatment.

Our History

Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center was founded in 2005 with a team of compassionate psychiatrists, psychologists and clinicians who saw a critical need for a new type of inpatient treatment center: a residential facility combining excellence in medical and psychiatric care with awareness of the realities of recovery.

Our first residential lodge, Oak Lodge, was designed to meet the treatment needs of adolescent girls and teens struggling with eating disordersdrug addiction, and trauma.

Recognizing the power of our integrated, holistic treatment model to change the lives of adult women, a second residential facility, Maple Lodge, opened in the fall of 2006.

In the spring of 2010, Timberline Knolls opened a second residential lodge for adult women. The Pine Lodge opening coincided with the addition of new programming targeting adult women and mothers with children at home.

Sequoia Lodge opened in the spring of 2011 and now serves as home to our young women under age 18.
