Your Job as an Applications Analyst-Salesforce Analyst:

The application analyst has day-to-day responsibility for reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business system and user needs. This position involves high-level involvement and consultative work to all departments using Salesforce. You must be able to document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to meet business needs.

We are looking for someone with heavy Salesforce experience.

We have 8 hour, daily shifts that allow our employees to have stable schedules and enjoy quality time away from the facility.

Operating hours will be 8:00am-5:00pm located at our Coporate Office in Franklin, TN. 

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities as an Applications Analyst-Salesforce Analyst:

  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Construct solutions and provide workflow charts, diagrams, written specifications as needed to clearly define and communicate project requirements.
  • Study current practices and help design modifications for improvement.
  • Define project requirements; identify and resolve problems; recommend actions and improved procedures.
  • Create and improve business processes for departments using Salesforce.
  • Integrating Salesforce with third-party tools.
  • Design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain documentation around business processes and provide guides and manuals for users as needed.
  • Assist with implementation and support of Salesforce initiatives and end users.

Job Requirements

Your Skills and Qualifications as an Applications Analyst-Salesforce Analyst:

  • BS or BA degree required.
  • 2-5 years designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology. Significant experience in business analysis, requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems.
  • Experience Integrating Salesforce with third-party tools.
  • Familiarity with business analysis techniques and methodologies to include User Stories, Use Cases, Requirements Gathering, Requirements Tracking, UAT, Systems Testing, Agile Methodology, and Waterfall Methodology.
  • Prior experience working in Healthcare is preferred.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator, preferred.
  • Ability to travel 25%.
