Admissions Director Training Program

To this end, Acadia Healthcare has an Admissions Director Training Program in Nashville, Tennessee. Responsibilities

How it Works:

1) The Application Process: Candidates apply through this job posting. Resumes will be screened, with phone interviews following.

2) Spend 30-60 days in Nashville and at various facilities – members of the training program will receive a full salary, housing stipend, and travel stipend, and will spend 60 days in training. This will primarily be a weekday program with occasional weekend travel home as approved by the VP overseeing training

3) The Program is 60 days in length and comprehensively covers sales training, call & operations management, insurance & UR processes, systems & data management, and team development skills.

4) Graduation & Placement: After 60 days, if you have shown the aptitude to “graduate” the program, you will be guaranteed placement as an Admissions Director at an Acadia facility. Given the wide geographic footprint of the company across 38 states, graduates will be allowed one “veto” if they do not wish to be the Director at one particular facility.

Qualifications
  • 2 years’ minimum experience in an admissions type role in behavioral health and or addiction treatment. Current Directors or Team Leads highly preferred.
  • 1+ year supervisory experience required, in admissions or other role.
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s in healthcare or administration preferred. Greatest premium will be placed on ambition, drive, and a willingness to learn. We welcome any candidate with a Bachelor’s degree and these qualities.
