Addiction Medicine patients require care from specialty-trained professionals, in a highly-specialized, and quality-focused environment. Our team at Discovery House Woonsocket in Rhode Island is seeking to add a like-minded licensed physician to their diverse and dynamic team.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physician in the state of ­­­­­­­­­­Rhode Island
  • Active Dea-X waiver
  • Advanced knowledge and clinical skills through and appropriate educational program
  • Ability to work hours to meet the needs of our clients
  • Experience in addiction treatment preferred

Responsibilities

admission physical examinations, annual PE's Dose evaluations, inductions onto methadone, supervsion of NP, ongoing visits with pregnat women and medically comprimised pts



Qualifications

MD board eligible

preference in Addiction Medicine but any specialty would be considered

RI license

DEA and CSR in RI
