Your Job as an Applications Coordinator:

The application coordinator has day-to-day responsibility for the support and maintenance applications in additon to other systems that interface with, or are supported, by the IT Departments. They serve as a technical point of contact for the application to corporate and facility stakeholder teams. The application coordinator is responsible for system maintenance, user security, data integrity, report writing, and analysis. This position insures Change Control and Security are administrered according to Acadia Policy to meet internal controls.

Heavy focus on Salesforce.

We have 8 hour, daily shifts that allow our employees to have stable schedules and enjoy quality time away from the facility.

Operating hours will be 8:00am-5:00pm located at our Coporate Office in Franklin, TN. 


Your Responsibilities as an Applications Coordinator:

  • Serve as technical point of contact for applications.
  • Provide application support.
  • Troubleshoot system errors on the front-end and back-end.
  • Respond to high volume of phone calls and emails.
  • Install, updated and maintain application functionality.
  • Set up and modify core applicationt ables, system-wide defaults, audit options, and history change codes.
  • Write, maintain and support a variety of reports and queries.
  • Review, test and implement application system upgrades.

Job Requirements

Your Skills and Qualifications as an Applications Coordinator:

  • Associate's Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
  • Saleforce experience.
  • 2-3 years of application generalist experience.
  • Interface of applications and peripheral devices experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
