Your Job
The Nurse Recruiter provides recruiting support and oversight to Acadia's network of 589 behavioral health facilities. This is an opportunity to help grow on a new team in a dynamic staffing environment. Responsibilities will include sourcing, screening and interviewing nurse applicants for employment. Recruiters serve as a resource and business partner with the hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Division Executives and key stakeholders with recruitment within Acadia's footprint. Recruiters participate in the development of talent acquisition strategies and process improvements to support recruitment functions. Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruitment of RNs, LPNs and nursing leadership positions
  • Sourcing passive candidates
  • Manage hiring manager relationship and stay informed of recruitment needs
  • Develops robust candidate pools for current and future staffing needs
  • Interact with all levels of leadership
  • Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information
  • May perform special projects
  • Managing daily information/candidate data tracking
  • Providing information to the client as needed
  • Attend career fairs/ conferences
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Your Experience and

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience with nurse or clinical recruiting highly preferred. 
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook skills and literacy in Excel and Word.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS): iCIMS or UltiPro (We use both!)
  • Ability to utilize multiple sourcing channels, develop pipelines, and deliver candidates timely
  • Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast paced setting
  • Must be adaptable. This is a new team and a new process!

  • Familiarity in working with a deadline.

Your Education and Skills

  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Previous recruiting experience preferred; clinical or healthcare recruiting a plus
  • Previous ATS experience preferred; iCIMS a plus
  • CIR preferred
