The Acadia Healthcare Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) division, is looking for an experienced Program Manager. This is a full-time position.

  • The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating/scheduling and assisting patients with services and ensuring follow-up at outside orgnizations is completed and providing brief supportive check-ins
  • The Program Manager is responsible to manage and operate multiple clinics in San Diego County
  • Responsible for ensuring patient tracking and outcomes data is made available to the Director
  • Maintains frequent face-to-face contact and acts as a liaison for patients with the referral network
  • Meets with prospective patients to assist with warm-handoffs from medical organizations as well as with other community based organizations where referrals are made
  • Performs community outreach and education
  • Directs patients in a clear, concise, and informative manner
  • Able to manage medical, clinical and administrative staff at multiple OBOT sites

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, healthcare or in a human service related
  • Scheduling/Care Coordination experience
  • Ability to run and maintain an OBOT in multiple locations in San Diego County
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Experience with substance abuse and/or medical care
  • Ability to collect and relay data to Supervisor.
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures with the ability to operate most standard office equipment
  • Ability to work professionally with sensitive data & information while maintaining confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external


Normal hours vary between 5:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. However, schedules may vary in accordance with business necessity. Typical office working conditions.
