Job Description



The Marketing Analyst coordinates with website developers, graphic designers, content writers, and staff at Acadia facilities to facilitate Acadia website and marketing projects. Develops marketing strategy and campaigns for each facility. Researches and contacts external sources including but not limited to websites, blogs, news publications to facilitate link development and brand relationships for Acadia websites and facilities. Migrates and upload written and graphical content to Acadia websites. Execute internal link building on Acadia websites. Produces any written content as required. Supports other groups in the marketing department with creating and enhancing business process solutions and data measures. Assists in training business and marketing users in maintaining their websites in Wordpress. Skill set should include project management, organization, and client communication.


  1. Develops and executes marketing campaign strategies for facilities.
  2. Researches suitable venues for Acadia facility brand mentions and link development
  3. Coordinates with content creation team and management to facilitate the link development
  4. Contacts external sources to build relationships for link and brand development
  5. Migrates new and existing content and graphic elements into Wordpress
  6. Interfaces with staff at Acadia facilities to ensure that required graphics, content, and operational information are provided to marketing department in a timely manner.
  7. Facilitate user WordPress training, site documentation and maintenance.
  8. Assist in gathering requirements and project specifications
  9. Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication.
  10. Communicate project status and deliverables with co-workers, managers, and staff at Acadia facilities.
  11. Record time daily.
  12. Continuously strives for quality improvement by identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities. Compares data from multiple sources to recommend effective approaches/solutions.
  13. Other tasks as needed for successful project completion.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ experience in a marketing, PR, or sales role
  • Willingness to cold call and email to develop new professional relationships
  • Wordpress experience a plus
  • Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data & information while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames.  Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes.
  • Capable of working within established policies, procedures and practices prescribed by the organization.
  • English sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions.
