Job Description


IT Applications Coordinator

The Acadia Healthcare, is looking for an experienced Applications Coordinator for our Corporate Office in Franklin, TN.

This position provides support and maintenance to HRIS applications in addition to other systems that interface with or are supported by the IT Departments.  The Application Coordinator is responsible for system maintenance, user security, data integrity, report writing, analysis, creating training materials, job aids, and communications as well as facilitating training and communications to end users. 



  1. Serves as technical point of contact for applications to corporate and facility stakeholder teams.
  2. Provides application support including but not limited to; research and resolution of problems, unexpected results or process flaws.
  3. Troubleshoots system errors, both back-end and front-end.
  4. Responds to high volume of phone calls and e-mails. 
  5. Installs, updates, and maintains application functionality.
  6. Documents implementation plans for new acquisitions & improvement processes for existing sites.
  7. Maintains system accuracy and database integrity.
  8. Sets up and modifies core application tables, system-wide defaults, audit options, and history change codes.
  9. Writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports & queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. 
  10. Develops and facilitates training programs to new end users and to all end users on new processes or functionalities as needed.    
  11. Installs, Updates, and maintains multiple application peripheral devices.

Job Requirements


  • Ultipro software experience preferred
  • Associate’s Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of application generalist experience.
  • Prior work experience with interface of applications and peripheral devices.
  • Basic knowledge of business practices for the domain in which the application is used.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
