Your Impact

The Finance Director of Laboratory Services will establish a plan to grow and improve the performance of the company’s in-house laboratory.  Responsible for financial planning, analysis, accounting and reporting activities as well as shared oversight of operational and regulatory matters.   



  • Provides financial analysis and guidance on activities, plans, targets and business drivers.
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day financial operations for the service with an emphasis on productivity and efficiency.
  • Evaluate and manage external vendors (billing, collections, etc.).
  • Prepares and reviews official financial reports on a regular basis.
  • Collaborates with operating teams at facility and regional levels to monitor and ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand changes in the healthcare industry that could potentially impact business opportunities.
  • Performs relevant research as needed.
  • Refines and ensures effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Laboratory services experience required, minimum of two years.
  • Wisconsin Medicaid experience preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data and information while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Exercises sound judgment in responding to inquiries; understands when to route inquiries to next level.


  • CPA preferred
