Overview

CTC Director of Admissions 

The CTC Director of Admissions will direct the CTC admissions activities by driving the admissions process, developing, implementing, and maintaining revenue-generating strategies.

Responsibilities

This position reports directly to the Senior VP of Operations and is responsible for the development, management and implementation of:

• Managing overall operations and leads the admissions team to provide the best admissions service for potential clients.

• Overseeing training, weekly reporting meetings, staff scheduling and management of data in SalesForce.
• Demonstrating leadership by developing standards of admissions performance.
• Executing sound judgement by creating and training in a fair and objective environment.

Position Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required
  • Minimum of five years’ experience driving business results in a healthcare role; preferably in behavioral health or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, lead, manage and drive business results through others.  
  • Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data & information while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames. Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time, including flying and driving rental cars.

Hours 

Normal hours are on Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, however schedules may vary in accordance with business necessity and travel. Typical office working conditions. IND02
