Acadia Healthcare in Franklin, TN., is seeking a digital and social media marketing specialist to support our talent acquisition and recruiting team.   

You will be the storyteller of Acadia's mission, vision, values, and culture as we engage potential job seekers throughout the country. 

Do you have experience with the following? 

  • Creating engaging and effective job posting content for major job boards. 
  • Utilizing social media channels to reach potential job seekers with our employment opportunities. 
  • Multi-channel campaign development 
  • Understanding of job seeker behavior and how that behavior impacts employment advertising. 

Skills Should Include (but not limited to): 

  • Copywriting for talent acquisition 
  • SEO / SEM 
  • Targeted paid advertising networks  
  • Development of social media campaigns for employment opportunities 
  • Website and landing page development  
  • Re-marketing and drip campaign development. 

What Experience You'll Need: 

  • Tremendous flexibility and a vision for the future; this is a new role on a new team! 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communication, graphic design, or a similar program 
  • We'd like at least three (3) years of experience in a digital-focused marketing role. We'd really love a background in talent or HR marketing. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at a variety of levels 
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills; this is not a job description cliche! We want this person to own this function! 

This is an exciting and new opportunity at Acadia! This team member will help us build a true talent marketing operation to tell the wonderful story of our incredible team members as we set the standard for excellence in behavioral healthcare.  

  • The talent acquisition marketing specialist will be responsible for creating and delivering the strategy to attract, engage, and support the candidate pipeline for Acadia's talent needs.  
  • This will include creating and distributing content across our social accounts, recruitment, and strategic job posting campaigns.  
  • This position is built for an innovative storyteller that understands how to reach intended audiences with compelling content and collateral. The role will help the talent acquisition team define intended outcomes and measure performances while consistently engaging with our candidate markets, hiring teams, and business leaders. 
  • Hybrid work schedule at the Franklin, TN office.
