Your Job as an EHR Applications Analyst:

The application analyst has day-to-day responsibility for reviewing, analyzing and modifying programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's application systems.  You would work directly with the Vendor and other Analysts to configure and install customized software applications in preparation for customer implementation. 

We are looking for someone with strong project management, business analyst, and technical skills.

We have 8 hour, daily shifts that allow our employees to have stable schedules and enjoy quality time away from the facility.

Operating hours will be 8:00am-5:00pm located at our Coporate Office in Franklin, TN. 

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities as an EHR Applications Analyst:

  • Define application problems by conferring with clients. 
  • Work with Vendor to configure and install applications.
  • Support and maintain existing customer sites.
  • Troubleshoot and respond to customer issues and questions.
  • Provide assistance to Vendor Level I Support staff
  • Create and edit customer forms using Crystal Reports. 
  • Provide application support.

Job Requirements

Your Skills and Qualifications as an EHR Applications Analyst:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • SQL Server, Crystal Reports, Adobe Acrobat, and Windows Server/Windows 10 experience.
  • 2-3 years of application experience.
  • Clinical experience in behavioral health preferred.
  • Project management experience.
  • MS Office Products experience. 
  • Familiarity with HL7 (Health level 7) record formats preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Travel up to 75%
